1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolarKey's platform, APIs, hardware, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Description of Services

SolarKey provides renewable asset monitoring, management, and analytics services, including the BOSSHOSS platform, EasyKey software, and SolarKey hardware products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data without written permission.

You retain ownership of all data generated by your renewable assets and uploaded to the platform ("Customer Data"). You grant SolarKey a limited license to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We do not sell Customer Data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

SolarKey and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, algorithms, models, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in SolarKey's intellectual property.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
